Once the client, with support and guidance from Context, has rectified any areas of non-compliance identified in the gap analysis, our consultants will carry out a mock certification audit. This will identify any outstanding issues that can be remediated to ensure that the client is completely prepared for the certification audit, which shall be performed by an external certification body.
