risk management
Our risk management services encompass a range of review and analysis processes. We begin with a high level assessment of an organisation's activities and operational procedures, identifying and quantifying business assets and the operational risks to which they are exposed.

We aim to identify the revenue streams and processes on which the stability of an organisation depends, and to identify points where a systemic failure or business interruption could have a negative impact on the business. Examples might include how and where business critical data is stored, or the extent to which the organisation is over-dependent on particular suppliers or business partners.

This initial assessment may suggest areas that warrant more detailed analysis, so we also offer technical evaluation services, to address IT-related issues; and a review of policies and procedures. These evaluations will help us to make detailed recommendations on action needed to mitigate and manage those exposures. We can also advise clients on the development and testing of business continuity plans, if a risk assessment exercise reveals a need to develop a plan or revise existing arrangements.

See the business continuity page for further details.
