Context offers three levels of testing and consultancy services, designed to assess the efficacy of clients' business continuity plans.

The most elementary is a consultancy exercise, in which we will visit a client's premises and review the plan ourselves, first checking the accuracy of basic details - making sure that all contact details are up to date, for example - then carrying out a series of theoretical scenario tests, where we assess the organisation's business resilience in a given situation, based on the measures outlined in the plan. The second element of this service consists of network testing, to ensure that assumptions made in the plan about system resilience in the event of a business interruption are valid, that all the connectivity between different parts of the systems is in place. We are then able to advise the organisation as to areas of the plan that we feel require some corrective attention.
