business continuity planning
Having established which parts of the organisation are most crucial to recovery in the event of a business interruption we then help organisations put in place a business continuity plan that will ensure those processes and systems are back in place as quickly and effectively as possible after the event.

Our aim in helping clients develop business continuity plans is to apply holistic principles. Many organisations have implemented risk management or business continuity planning processes that cover only part of the business. It is important to recognise that unless the organisation has looked at all aspects of their operations, including the extent to which they rely on such factors as environmental stability or key suppliers and service providers, then they cannot be sure that a plan will work. A false sense of security is the worst type of security, and we aim to help clients develop plans on which the organisation can depend.
